SPEAKERS INFORMATION
General Session:
All presentations in the General Sessions are scheduled for exactly 15 minutes, including a Q&A session. Please try to limit your presentation to 10 minutes in order to give the audience some room for questions. The session chairs will be very strict. You will receive signals from the session chair at 5 minutes before the end (yellow card) and 2 minutes before the end (red card).
Each lecture room is equipped with a laptop, beamer and flip-over. There will be no time your upload your presentation during the session. You can therefore upload your presentation in the break before your session. On Wednesday the lecture rooms open at 8.30 AM. Please be in time and do not forget to inform your session chair about your presence. We would really appreciate your presence during the complete session so we can reschedule presentations in case other presenters do not show up.
Workshops:
Each workshop has their own unique program with an interactive character. All participants will be informed by their workshop leader about their presentation and workshop format.
The workshops are open for all participants. During the conference leaflets will be available about the workshop themes and programs. So please join the workshops of your interest!!
